Brads, too long

What if it's a short story and they're too long and stick out too far? Do you cut them?

And what about punching holes through a 60 page script? How do you go about that?

This is still a discussion on scripts

Use shorter brads.

3-hole puncher, 10 pages at a time. It's easier just to print the pages out on all ready punched paper.

i keep all my short scripts in a single 3-ring binder.

They make brads that have 1" shanks that I use for shorter screenplays, I use the 1 & 1/2" shanks for my features.

Commercial printers will have a drill for three-hole punching. Also, you might find it more economical to have them print, drill and brad the job than you can do it for on your ink or laserjet printer.

Just print on 3-hole paper. Available virtually anywhere paper is sold.

If the brads feel too long, just fold 'em over. Happens all the time.
