These are the fastest processors I have seen available in a notebook (although my last round of research was a few months ago).

Opinions? Anyone see anything better for the money floating around, out there?

Oh yeah - my primary tools are Rhino, Lightwave, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, Maya, Vectorworks and Premiere Pro. Which this system looks pretty well suited, to running.

You could also check out the Sager 9262 on pctorque.com . The are beefy laptops for gaming/editing. Check them out!

Thanks,
John G.

Well, their idea of customer service is to answer a bid request with the suggestion that I go and wade through their site and put it together, myself.

Maybe I'm spoiled by the vendors with whom I usually work, but for a system of this price range and capability I expect the vendors to put together their bids, for me.

I sent back a courteous note to that effect; we'll see. Frankly if they won't make more of a customer-service effort, I don't know if they're the people from whom to buy.
