Bourne Ultimatum

Looks nice. I actually really enjoyed the 2nd one as well. I think Paul Greengrass puts out some quality work.

Yeah the second one was pretty cool. especially the fight scene with the handcuffed Agent. That guy was a bad a$$! He almost killed Bourne with One hand :) And Bourne suppose to be the baddest of them all...

Hope the 3rd one is great... but Trilogies usually suck! We'll see.

It's funny how differently people can view these things. The shakyvision fight scene in Supremacy annoyed the hell out of me. All that nice choreography and we don't even get to see it. I liked the way Liman handled the fight scenes in the first film.

Mind you I liked Greengrass' handheld use in Bloody Sunday.

Cinema is better than novels anyways.

damn skippy.

I haven't seen the second one either.

The first was allright. Good action sequences and everything. Script could be tighterthough.

I just didn't buy Damon in that particular part.

I'll prob watch the second soon and judge by that whether I'll see the third.

I think this is one of the best franchises going right now. It's obvious that 007 owes a lot to the look and feel that came from these new spy thrillers. Ronin and Bourne both catalyzed Bond into the 21st Century from their 1978 doldrums.

I can't wait.

I really didn't dig the music, but everything else looked good.

I'm on board.

I liked both of the films, a lot. This trailer however was kinda lame. I mean the first half is just clips from the first two films, then its him running through a street and diving into a window. The first two had a clear, concise direction in the trailers. I have no idea what this one is about. He did say, 'im gonna find the guy who started this', but thats it, he then runs around and does nothing. Cant wait for the film, just hope the trailer editor has nothing to do with the film editor.

This is a teaser and has little to do with or sourced from the film in production now. They're often produced by third-party agencies that have limited access to new materials or work from their own script with collateral shot specifically for same.

Just got back from seeing it 2mins ago. It was great. :) Thumbs up to all who worked on it, they tied it off well.

Go see it.

I liked it, it is a good movie, but I'm not a fan of the whole shaky camera filming thing. I find it to be very distracting.

yea they went overkill on the shakiness. i can handle and appreciate good hand held ala 24, but this was too much and seemed unmotivated. the editing seemed really fast paced which didn't help my hurting eyes. i also thought, like united 93 the pacing was too hectic for the entire film

To quote Jim Gaffigan about the differences between books and film, and what to say to people who say the book is better : "You know what I liked about the movie? No reading. Spent two hours watching it, then I took a nap..."

Seriously though, there are plenty of movies out there that didn't or couldn't do the book justice. I saw Bourne this weekend, and thought it was great. It started, and didn't quite moving until the end. Not hardly any slow moments at all. The shaky camera work gets mildly disturbing when seeing it on a large screen, but they didn't over do it this time I think. LOVED the fights. In fact, in all 3 movies. It's so different than the high style fancy normal fights with kung fu movies. I do love those too, but they don't fit in these films. The fighting is so quick, simple, clean, and efficient. Just like it would be if you were one of those agents. The story offers nothing to new, but it is a great ride, and worth seeing.
