Bouncing Lines

I included a .jpg of a blueprint reversal - black background with white lines - in an aftereffects composition. The fine lines in the .jpg bounce up and down in the final export.

I know this is an artifact of the way video is displayed, but wonder if there is a work-around that allows the fine horizontal lines to display without the bounce.

If it is interlaced footage, and the line is thin enough, then this exactly what would be expected. Either add a little motion to the blueprint, use progressive scan, or increase the line thickness.

Thanks, I increased the image size and the lines stopped jiggling. I appreciate the help.
