Bought the Noga Cinearm... I'm screwed!

I ordered this, but not from B & H, bought it as part of a super clamp combo...

the top Top: 1/4" - 20 screw will not fit my Marshall monitor!!!

I need a smaller screw! (I don't think you can fit a new screw on the Cinearm, I may have to buy a new $250 Cinearm!! ) Tried the bottom end screw and it does fit ! but the Marshall Field Monitor must go on the top end screw!

One end is 3/8 so all you really need is an adapter like this:

Im sure there are even cheaper adaptors available from any electronics store.

Thanks for that Vec. I suspected there was some sort of "quick fix" for this. I went down to my local video production shop, and someone there showed me how to invert the cinearm. Works like a charm now. Highly recommended!
