Well I sent the Money Order off today. Bought it used with 1 hour on it from the moderator on the other DVX forum. Comes with the Century .6 wide angle, a couple batteries and zoom controller. Great deal and good guy.

Now to get a good set of sticks.

Very excited!!!!

Yeah, I'm broke now but I think the gear will generate it's own income. But sweet deal and good guy.

hey that DVinfo camera looked pretty good. Congrats on the purchase, we looks forward to seeing some of your footage soon!

Yeah I am looking forward to putting some of my tests up. But not looking forward to reading back through all the posts on how to tweak it to the max.

What does the rattle mean? I think mine has the problem you're talking about. It makes this light click sound when I tip back and forth. Did I get scammed? I bought it new w/ 4-year warranty and a lot of accessories....I'm scared, help.

(This is like hazing in our DVX fraternity.)

I was able to fix the rattle in mine by going out and shooting some footage of snipes.

In case this wasn't resolved:

It's nothing to worry about and completely normal. It's the optical stabilizer; and when the camera is turned off, it just spins back and forth and makes a weird sound!

poor guy PM'd me because you freaked him out... I could only imaginge what my reaction woulda been if I didnt know.
