I'm trying to break into the wedding market and have a few hardware questions. I have a DVX 100a but am thinking I'd be much better off if I purchased another camera to accompany it? What do you guys think of the Panasonic DVC-30's? Also does anyone have any recommendations on a cheapy tripod that would be suited for the down the aisle shot, etc?

DVX30 is a super cool camera you'll just have to shoot some tests and make sure that it can match ok if your dvx100 is on progressive. But as far as matching it's probably the best camera to use (other than a dvx100)
You should really get a good tripod, i use a manfrotto 507 and its great!
