Boom stands: weight related

I have searched this topic on a number of threads but I still think I need a better answer to this question. Would you rather have a boom stand that relies on the sturdiness of a C+ stand or would you trust the boom combos that have worked for many members here: such as Manfrotto 3398b (Manfrotto 420b, 420NSB), On-Stage SB9600, etc. I really value the idea of strength that a C stand brings because no one wants the scenario of a bent overhead pole reaching for the talent's head. This article has helped regarding this idea, although I can't vouch for easiness in quick release.

On the other hand, the Manfrotto 420 looks to be built perfectly for a light stand but for audio purposes, it seems the On-Stage SB9600 is more proper for a Rode SM4, a shotgun + cable. Please let me know your experiences, agreements and disagreements. Thanks!

for quickness, sturdiness, professionalism, blah blah blah

I'd go with a C stand and holder.

C stand breaks down in seconds, on most shoots you dont even have to pull yours
out of your vehicle because there are plenty on set.
The C stand route is also good because its sturdy enough to hang your bag from it when needed.

If you want ultra portable, i'd go with a arri style kit stand (light stand)
a c stand knuckle, and a small shot bag
