books on color grading?

Who cares about the exact definition of CC or CG, I want to know is there more then two books on CC or CG (whichever and both) then the Rebels Guide and CC for DV. I have also been looking but have come up short.

The definition does need to be clarified initially, as some people will have different expectations depending upon what they think CC or CG is. Once this has been established we can try to accurately answer their question to help.

I haven't seen another one to this point. Generally you go to school for this or you apprentice as it is a specialty craft.
 
You might also check out Photoshop books on color correcting stills. The info on Levels, Curves, and other tools can also be applied to video, and it will help you be able to look at an image and a histogram and actually disgnose what is wrong with it, which is half the battle.
 
bump......I've been following this one and there is still minimal answers. Now that we've got our terms strait, can some one give us some COLOR GRADING resources(:
