its sorta sad that this happened. but at the same time HILARIOUS! that's what you get for choosing Daniel Craig to be the next bond. personally i don't like the choice. i heard that the whole scene when he got hit was a bloody mess. he was bleeding profusly. now i'm not against Craig as an actor, I liked him in Munich, and Road to Perdition, plus Layer Cake (love that film). i just don't see him as Bond

Who else would you want to play bond, out of curiosity?
I don't know about him as bond, but I can say that everything I've seen him in (which is munich and layer cake) i liked him in. He may be able to pull Bond off, but I don't know. I'm gonna remain a dispassionate observer until I see some footage I guess.

JINXED James Bond star Daniel Craig has been hit by a nasty bout of prickly heat.
He suffered sunburn while topping up his tan before filming in the Bahamas.
New 007 Craig wanted a healthy glow for the movie, but ended up James Burned — and now can’t stop itching.
A source on the Casino Royale set said: “It’s driving him mad. He constantly wants to scratch. It’s worst when he does a costume change. He is in agony.
“He has been moaning to his assistants that he’s got prickly heat. He is extremely wary of being outside now. But the nature of filming is such that he is out in the heat all day.”
We’ve used a little licence to thrill to show how Craig, 37, might look. Since landing the role he has revealed himself as more licensed to be ILL.

wow he can't catch a break. plus there's the site craignotbond.com where die hard fans want him fired...
Should be interesting. He's a very good actor, just has a lot of naysayers to convince. I think that will make him work harder. He's being totally scrutinized now. Just from having seen Layer Cake I think he'd make a great bond.
