That's funny because Adorama is selling it for $464.95. I wonder if the DVX discount will make it less than $300.

yes.. the new DVXuser price from the new DVXuser store will be $279.00. But you need an adapter ring, and the 72mm doesnt work so im working with bogen to figure out which one will work, most likely the 82mm one with a 72mm-82mm adapter ring. We can sell them right now, but I dont wanna start selling something that doesnt work right.

yes.. we will have formatt filters available... that are quassey-required for this mattebox because of the banded edges.

Just give me a few days to get the store setup, if you dont wanna wait, you can PM me and we can arrange it. It will all be shipped directly from New Jersey.

review should be up tommorow. There is a way for it to work without the fancy adapters, but it involves using the QR to release the mattebox and just change filters that way. Not so bad if you rarely change filters, but if for some reason you change filters 15 during a shoot its not the most elegant way to do things.

sorry guys.. I am waiting on a part from Bogen to rig this thing so its 100% perfect.. the default 72mm that you would expect to work only works if you load from the bottom. I think I found a solution, so am holding on the review till I get it. Would photos help?

lost a chrosziel 4x4 on ebay, last second bidder beat me by $10.

im waiting.. hopefully monday. I will post the photos from the review though on the weekend so you can at least get a jist. Its a good mattebox as it is, but with the right adapter it may be excellent.
