Hi Scott, I like the fact that it has a second arm that protrudes down to allow the rig to rest on something inside the car. That is what makes it unique. Usually, I have told most folks that it really takes a three-point system to properly secure a camera, even a DVX, without the characteristic "wobble", where the camera is not properly bolted to the car frame, and simply shakes out of sync with the car. I haven't used this device, but it looks pretty cool and it's the right price.
