Bogen 503 Question

Just bought a bogen 503 head. What adaptor do I need to make it fit my HVX200? Thanks in advance.

You shouldn't need any adaptor. I own a 503 and an HVX and they work very well together. Maybe you could explain your question a little more?

There should be a tripod plate at the top of the head. Just release it and screw it on to your cam.

To add to that, the quick release plate has two screws (1/4" and 3/8"), but only one can be used at a time. The second screw can be stored in the tripod head itself by screwing them in from the underside of the back of the head.

Here is a picture with the 3/8" screw stored in the spare hole drilled into the head. The hole for the 1/4" screw is to the right of the 3/8" screw.
