Bogen 3033 tripod for Kessler 8' crane?

Is the bogen 3033 legs sturdy enough for a kessler 8' crane with a dvx and mattebox?

The specs say the 3033 has a 17 lb weight limit, but i have an old set of the legs that can hold me up a 150+lbs. I got it with an old 3063 head, but the swivel accessory seems sturdier. The kessler would be much more attractive if I didn't have to throw down on a big pricey new tripod.

I'm using a Bogen 3066 tripod with my Kessler. It has a weight limit rating of 44 lbs. Nice and sturdy! Makes my 3046's legs look like matchsticks in comparison. Picked it up on e-bay for less than $150.00.
I'm using an old Bogen 116 (think it's now the 516 or 519) and it works great.
