Body-worn spy camera recommendations?

Hi all, not sure if anyone here has done anything like this, but I'm currently developing a concept for my second doc feature, and as it stands right now, it looks like a good portion of it will need to be shot with hidden cameras worn on the body. Obviously there are some watches and pens around that are pretty cheap, as well as some snake cameras with DVRs and such that could be strapped to the body that I'v found on Amazon and elsewhere, but I'm wondering whether there are any slightly more professional options out there.

Obviously there's no way tiny spy camera footage is going to look like DSLR footage or whatever, but I'm wondering if anyone knows of any particular models/companies whose products are (a) high definition (720p is fine) and work OK in low light and (b) are reliable (not crappy plastic junk) and have at least a few hours of battery life. These camera will be used in bits of our film where, if they break somehow and it's revealed we're using spy cameras, we could be in quite a bit of trouble (not legal trouble, more like getting-beaten-and-thrown-in-a-ditch trouble).

Any recommendations, or ideas for where to look/who to ask for this sort of thing?

Well that really sucks. I missed the replies and would have appreciated reading them as I'm interested in this kind of camera for possible use in filming critters in confined spaces. I know we aren't supposed to comment on moderation ... but seriously??

Brickhouse Security has been pretty good but in all honesty, nothing beats the quality and simplicity of a Flip Video Mino HD 1 hr cameras for price/quality
There are no decent covert cameras at under $150 that do 720p

Oh I don't know, maybe it's more about the ethical questions that matter to most (I include myself in that group).
I said the equipment is legal. The way it's used is another matter.

Having said that your legit broadcasters such as the BBC use them for many documentaries.

I was one of the commenters and I was never informed of any wrong doing. So maybe it was a mistake?

Either way, I suggested the BU13 CMOS camera which can do 720p, or the BU18 CCD which has 550 lines of resolution.

If you know you aren't going to be moving around/jostling the camera a lot, than the CMOS is the better solution since it is a better image. But if you will be moving/jostling the camera, than the CCD is the better solution since it isn't effected by rolling shutter, which can be pretty heavy with these small cameras.
