I did a search and the recommendation was to use motion3 tracking with blur. I grabbed the manual for FCP and can't figure it out. I need to blur a logo on a wrapper in several shots. Does anyone know the 1,2,3 type steps to blur something?
It depends on the shot. If it's locked off you could probably just lay the same shot on the track above and use a simple 8 point mask with a blur effect. If the shot is moving then motion tracking is the way to go. There are a ton of tutorials out there for AE, not so many for Motion. You could try the Motion forum over on the Creative Cow.
