Blur with Slow Motion

Hey guys,
I have been editing my new film in which i have some parts intended to be in slow motion. However, (since i shot the film in 24p) when i change the speed of the clip i get a lot of awkward looking movement almost as if the object or person moving is shaking-looks like the frames aren't keeping up. Is there a way i can get rid of that so that i can make my slow motion more smooth?

It would have been wise to shoot it with slow motion in mind. If you shot 720p for example, you could shoot 720p 60fps and slow that down. 24fps doesn't slow down well, not without help. TWIXTOR for AE will do wonders. No, it isn't free.
