Bluetooth mics

Hi guys,

I've seen some impressive tests with a Sony Bluetooth mic. It seemed like a pretty inexpensive solution for when you have 2 people talking from a distance coming towards the camera. The thing is you only have one mic per receiver. Does anyone know if it would be possible to use 2 bluetooth mics with one receiver?

You get latency (delay) with bluetooth and you will need a separate receiver for every transmitter.

Personally I would not touch Bluetooth with a bargepole for this sort of work.

I'll second this. Several years ago there was a manufacturer that was working on a professional level bluetooth wireless system, and it just didn't work well. the range is very poor and there is the latency. It's only really OK for ENG work where you are never far from the talent, but there isn't a professional system out there that I have seen, so other than these consumer products you linked to, I don't think there is anything workable. If you need wireless audio, there are lots of options out there for you.
