Blue line on side of the image ??

Hi ,

Can anyone figure out why I have a "light saber" blue line running down the side of all my dvx footage.
I used wht balance preset b which gave me a colder look but why the blue line ?

Is it just at the start of every clip, or does it persist throughout the whole clip?

Is all the footage that has this done at 0 zoom?
