Blue Bulbs?

Hey guys, I'm going to be shooting a few indoor scenes (on DV) and I'm looking for a daylight kind of feel, do you think these bulbs would do?

If not any suggestions? Not got a lot of money and I'm based in the UK (some US bulb stores won't ship over here)

Nah, they won't do. Get a bulb at your hardware/home store that rates at least 3200k

It's worth a shot. I'd buy a couple and run some tests. One thing I've started using is daylight-balanced fluorescents (the spiral bulbs). They work really well if I want a moonlight look.

Hey Horse, I bought some Daylight spiral flouros too, they are pretty nice. I have been using them in my clamp lights. They are deffinetly really cool, I would say even cooler than 5600k. I also bought some to use in my 4' home made kino....they are a good deal.

The fluos I got were 5750K for the 13w and 6000K for the 23w. I also use them in cheapo clamp lights. They're pretty slick.
