Blu-rays come out over sharped, aliased?

Hi all,
The Blu-ray outputs from Encore are over-sharpened and/or aliased even though Encore is not transcoding any video. Is this possible?
There is some alteration going on. Video files were encoded with Adobe Media Encoder's Blu-ray presets before importing into Encore.
