Blu Ray burning Blues

I will be screening my latest feature in some smaller theaters and they are asking for Blu Ray, so I bought a Samsung external burner that has great reviews. I used the "share" function iin FCP 7 to burn a Blu Ray straight from the time line. The burned blu rays look beautiful except that they skip a second or two several times in the hour length of the movie.

I tried burning one in Compressor and exactly the same thing happened. I thought maybe my Blu Ray player attached to my TV was at fault, so I downloaded player software and tried playing it back on my computer - same thing. Any ideas?

Do they always skip in the same places? That could be a problem with your picture, sound or even the encoding settings.

Do they always skip in different places? That could be poor quality media.
