hello, i'm from portugal, and here the special fx even in movies are very lame... i would like to know if anybody can tell me sites were i can explore and create a real effect of a blood splater. once i saw something about using fake blood, a compressor, etc, the scene i need to make is a guy being shooted with 2 shots on the chest, many thanks
 
You can make your own squibs on almost no budget.
The better they hide, the better they are so it's really just a matter of getting creative.
 
theirs pyro squibs which if done slightly wrong can cause massive injury, peunamtic(sp?) squibs which in my opinion make better sprays for different effects and look better. plus their easy to do over and over with little to no cash.
