Blk Magic Intensity Card not playing NTSC

I recently installed the Black Magic Intensity Card into my Mac Pro and it kicks butt for 1080 and 720, but the HD TV that I'm using goes bananas when I try to play NTSC. Loud noise comes through TV and only a couple of green lines.

You would think that this would be the simplest to play. I have the most recent software.

Is anyone familiar with this card and/or problem?

Maybe the PAL/NTSC setting on the tv needs to be changed to AUTO (or similar)?
 
I finally after months had to have my Intensity card replaces to fix HDCP issues when capturing via JVC BR-HD50 Deck... It works really nicely now! NTSC plays well out of ours onto a plasma..
