Has anybody had this problem? Here's what I do. First, I open a new layer>then I place a new image on the layer>then I go to the layers pallet and right click on the image layer to activate the blendind options window, but instead of the window showing up, the hand tool activates and all I could do is press the escape key to be able to do anything else. Im not sure what might be causing this to happen. If anybody could help or if you have any suggestions on what might be causing this, I would be greatly appreciated for your help.

Try double clicking on the thumbnail for the layer you want the blending options to appear, after that layer has been selected.
