Blend fields or interpolate fields?

Hello:
With a PAL DVX100B I want to shot to 50i at 100 shutter speed, to
make a slow motion.
After that, I have to choice one of two methods to deinterlace: blend fields and interpolate fields.
What is the best option, blend or interpolate?
