Blackmagic DeckLink HD Extreme with CS6

I just got the card installed today and trying it out with CS6. First CS6 is nice! The playback is much better than it was with CS5.5. No audio issues. However I'm getting a strange signal drop when I go from the timeline back to the clip viewer. The screen goes black and the input information from the monitor pops up reading no signal then the screen goes green then the image pops up all in 5 seconds. It looks like the connection or the signal just drops out then it has to adjust for it.
I tested FCP7 and playout is smooth on all viewers.

Any suggestions on troubleshooting the BMD Desktop Video 9.5.1?

I spent some time in the Blackmagic settings and found the issue causing the problem.

In Blackmagic desktop video settings under OSX System Settings I switched from last frame played (that was the default setting) to Extended Desktop. This fixed it.

Now going from source to timeline has perfect playback with no signal drop.
