Black Strobing Line at Top of HDV Footage

I am editing a few different projects on my Mac Pro with the latest Final Cut Pro, they were all shot on the Sony Z1U 1080i with the faux 24fps setting. Captured it with the HDV 1080i60 easy setup. In all the footage, there is a really thin black line at the very top of the frame that is there for 2 frames, then gone for the next 3, then up again for the next 2. So when it plays back, there is a really annoying strobe of a thin black line up top. Any ideas of what is causing this or how to fix it? I know I can just zoom in like .5% or add a tiny black matte on the top, but I want to try to find out what is causing this and stop it somehow! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

just a small thing to try.
try tweaking you sequence settings to as close as possible match the video material.
ive had weird problems like that, messed around with random stuff and fixed it.
give it a try if you havent already
