Black playback wioth sound.

When I scrub the timeline I get picture and sound. When playing my project,I get sound but no picture (black screen with a red cross). Cineform Propsect 3.48 is installed and activated and the video files are Cineform Prospect AVI files. I use Premiere CS3. I tried rebooting but get the same result. Sound works fine. What should I do?

A lot of times that red cross in an indication that the third-party software is in trial mode. You need to actually purchase it for things to work.

Might that apply here?
