Have you ever been camping? Well, there's still stars out at night, or the moon. When there is a black-out here in SMonica, I swear, the apartment is dark as dark can be, almost suffocating. Thank God for my cell phone. The only flashlight I have is a reading light, but it worked. Electricity went out twice and honestly, it bites. The only time I remember black-outs in Texas was during our hail storms. Then everybody would wake up in the neighborhood, we'd all have our flashlights out to check how many blocks it affected. Here in California, nobody gets up for anything.
