Hey everyone.....Some of you may know this but we thought we'd post it anyway.
Birns & Sawyer is moving to the ArcLight center in Hollywood. We will be closed between Christmas and New Years(26th to the 30th) while we move and open up on Monday the 2nd. We will located in the rear of the center on DeLongpre just west of Vine. Its a great new place with lots of space, a large projection screen to check out the new cameras and, if thats not enough, a cappuccino bar!!!.
The new address is:

Great for you Guys, Bad For me...

I work right across the street and keep coming in there on my lunch breaks to keep checking out the camera's...

now i wont be able to...

I just finished up a Varicam shoot with our entire package rented from B&S and it was one of the most pleasant, satisfying experiences I've had with vendors of this kind. They really went out of their way to be helpful and worked with us extensively on our limited budget. They actually took the time to stick around and answer any questions we had and didn't treat us like they wanted us out the door as soon as possible once they had their check. I can't wait to see the new place, and when I have upper-bracket motion picture needs in the future, they will definitely be getting business from me. Good luck in the move, guys, and here's to a great new year!

Jim, it was great talking with you at the Expo. Best of luck in your move, gimme a call if you need a hand. I was just down there last weekend, near Amoeba. Very cool spot, sir! Excellent choice. :) I can't wait to come over and say hi after New year's. Not for the free cappucino, of course, no way
