Big question for my first AE post

Ok guys. I tried to do a test by making a very unprofessional looking HP "Frame" commercial. ( www.blsmagic.com/random.html ) It was done completely in Photoshop and Premiere. I would love to learn the actual method used which I heard was done in AE with motion tracking and all that jazz. I'm new to that part of AE, so if anyone has a tutorial that deals with the HP commercial effect, that would be great. If you don't know of one, don't type out a whole tutorial but if you could tell me somewhat where to go in AE maybe in the space of a few sentences, that would be awesome.

the original was done on a flame or inferno, but that's the same technique. Masking with pinning.
 
Yeah. I'm just gonna export the frame I want, the import it and the clip into AE, and do the motion track. Hope it works. Thanks kai.
