Has anyone ever heard of Bidpay.com? I was trying to buy the Amblin DVD on ebay and the person recommended that website. Is it legit?

I've used it, both as a seller and as a buyer. It's legit Western Union. I haven't used it in years, so I don't know what the fees are like, they used to be relatively high as compared to post-office money orders, but they are completely legit.
