Ups! Okay, sorry, I have to give a price quote to this client, someone told me you call that a "Bid". I just want to know if there's actually a template or how do you put together a proposal like that? You just add up a bunch of numbers? How do you know if you're not charging too much?

a little more info about your project would be helpful, but using spreadsheet software is a good start.
