Hi - I have one of these mics and I would appreciate some advice please.
Firstly, is it any good?
How is it powered - it has a cable ending in white and black cores and a screen. I have connected it to a jack plug shorting the black core and screen and tested it into an maudio microtrack 2 and also my computer 'mic in' but it is very very quiet. when I do the same with my sennheisser lavalier it is nice and loud.
Does it perhaps need p48 or T12 or just low mic power and does it need a preamp. (the input to the maudio has built in preamps surely?)
