Hey Fellow DIY 35mm Creators....
Just wanted to warn those making static tube-based adapters. It appears that the Bower Brand +10 macros found on Ebay are too convex.
After building my adapter using cheap extension tubes, an OptoSigma ground glass, and Bower macros, I ended up with lots of barrel distortion. Basically, horizontal lines in the image would curve toward the corner of the frame. Thus, I ordered the good old Asian Brand +10 macros and they worked.
Just wanted to let you all know. Good luck with your adapters and don't get too frustrated!!!
