Better sound : rode lav plugged in a sony HXR-NX30U or into a mixer SD302

Hi i was wondering if i will have a better audio results with solution 2. Will we notice a difference?

Solution 1: rode lavalier plugged via XLR into a camcorder SOny HXR-NX30U

Solution 2 : rode lavalier plugged into a mixer SD302

In general, you will get better sound from ANY microphone plugged into a decent mixer vs. plugging directly in to ANY camcorder.
Two major reasons:
1) Likely better (quieter) mic preamps in the mixer. In the case of Sound Devices, there is no "likely" you an bet that SD has better preamps than Sony.
2) Better monitoring and control of the audio signal (vs. messing around on the camera itself).
