I feel the Leica lens rocks. Many would agree.
I would rather try to get a shallow depth of field by pulling the camera far back and opening up even- rather than just sticking the 35 adapter on.
I feel the lens cap sucks. Many would agree.
I already know to keep a UV filter on at all times to protect the lens. What else can I do? Can I go to Leica for better lens caps? The weird 72mm lens configuration makes it impossible for a rubber pop on... or is? I would imagine it would disturb the focus ring too much.
Those engineers need to use a little more common sense. It'd be like running out of condoms and using a Glad sandwich bag. It just doesn't make sense! :-/
