thanks! ive narrowed it down to fuji and sony so far. probably gonna go w/ a 30min tape.

I've always shot 30min Sony tapes and never had a problem (besides the fact that I'd rather be shooting with my DVX instead of lugging that beast around all day).

for what it's worth.... having worked with all the major studios, trailer houses, vfx houses, etc, 99% of the tapestock that is in use on professional gigs is the Sony brand.
