Best workflow for Vegas

I am trying to nail down a work flow for my vegas system and it looks like my best option is to go with a cineform intermediate codec. I Think I need NeoScene, I shoot on the HV20 and will probably be moving into a 5D Mark2 in the not to distant future

My question is, should I go with a different version of Cineform and will going to the intermediate codec improve my frame rate playback?

One other question that is tied into the previous one, what kind of system/workflow do I need in order to playback HD footage off the time line at BEST/full?

No, NeoSCENE will do just fine for both cams. However, you need to make sure you do this (once for 24p and once 30p Cineform files) on Vegas: http://techblog.cineform.com/?p=1407
