Best way to Match Audio

I have a simple one sentence audio where the VO mispronounced the name. So I asked him to re-recored it and he did but of course he used a different mic and it of course sounds different than the rest of the VO. I tried the match audio in FCPX but it really wasn't close, then I tried sever EQs but I am just not happy with it. Here is a link to the file if anyone wants to take a look. I have audacity but I just use it for normalize and noise reduction so I don't know if it does a match audio. Any advise would be great. Just to be clear, the first sentence is what the VO sounds like but he says Huber wrong the second sentence is correct pronunciation but the sound is off.

Thanks, it is closer, I might try to take out just a bit of low end and it might just pass. Thanks for the effort.
