best way to label single clips

I wanted to know if there is an industry standard in labeling how clips are shot. for instance if i shoot with my hpx 170 in 720 24pn at a shutter speed of 1/48 is there a certain order that needs to be put in? i wanted to know because if i shoot the above and overcrank it to 60 frames a second that 60 can be confused with the format (24p). any help would be great

You could just have a camera report and enter the data in. Or am I confused on what your are asking?
