Best way to film this kind of music video?

I was wondering how I would achieve this kind of backdrop/lighting. From my understanding it could have be done one of 3 ways

1. green screen with the background replaced later
2. green screen with natural lighting. (desaturated in post)
3. A white screen with natural lighting

I'm going to be shooting the video with a Red One and I have access to a green screen stage.. Would that be the best way to go?

I would only have to assume it was on a giant white cyc. Maybe it was a green screen because of the high level of CG effects.
