best way to export .....??

What's the best way to export a 45 minute video of my friend's band playing a show. He doesnt really need a super high quality version yet..just wants to see the footage.


there are soooo many ways to covert/compress...

i have HD 4.5 w/Compressor

Can I fit this thing on a CD-R or do I have to utilize a DVD-R ?

You could encode as Mpeg-1 and use Toast to create a VCD to stick on a CD-R. But why wouldn't you just want to make a DVD... export your project as a Quicktime Move non-selfcontained. Drag that onto iDVD and let it rip.

yeah..that's what i'll do..even tho it will take forever to burn a 50 minute vid.
