Best way to edit Premiere CS4 project in Soundbooth?

Trying to optimize workflow using CS4. Once I edit a project in Premiere, I link it to After Effects, add fx and color correction, then render out of AE.

Regarding audio, however, what's the best way to clean up tracks and master a sequence? I started bringing clips into Soundbooth prior to editing and removing noise, setting levels, etc. I guess I could then balance the complete edited sequence using the audio mixer in Premiere? Is it possible to treat the Premiere project as a mulittrack in Soundbooth and do all the audio tweaks there? Just not sure which approach is best here.

Thanks!

I'm trying to figure this out as well man. I'm editing my first complex short film in Premiere and have all the video linked up in AE just like you. I have all this audio I've lined up in my PP sequence and really want Soundbooth to have a purpose for me other than just removing noise.
I'm Using CS5 though.

Any body got some cool workflows out there?
