Because I asked a lot of questions lately and many of them got some good answers I will share something useful with the community as well:
I'm starting up a real estate video business in a few months from now and i was really looking for a videoplayer with added functionality. I stumbled upon Vidyard, a great startup which is providing a player which can get my real estate video to a higher level.
The best feature for real estate videographers is what they call 'call to action'. It's a popout window where you can embed all kinds of stuff like a google map, a chatbox, a calender, a form or whatever you embed at it. I personaly added some things from agendize.
This is great because most people who are watching a real estate video are probably already interested. They have probably been looking at some properties in the MLS, clicked on this particular listing and browsed trough the pictures before they opened up the video. If they start watching the video, they are likely to make add it to their shortlist. If after a few seconds a window pops out which allows them to communicate immediatly with the real estate agent, they might do this, which can lead to a lot of conversions for the real estate agent. Ofcourse you can make a timing for these popout windows: a map after 3 seconds, a chatbox after 20 seconds and a link to the agent's website after 50 seconds for example.
But there's more: you can give your agents a child account, so they can see the statistics of their videos (real time), but they will not be able to see their competitor's stats. Also you can make a short video about the agent himself, and play it after the video ends.
I made an example which i will put up for a few days. It has a google map, a chatbox (only works when i'm online), an example of the html and ends with a redirect to this forum.
