Hi I would like to know what is the best video format for facebook using premiere pro cs4?
I heard that it would be .mp4 format but when I tried to export with the MPEG4 option in premiere pro, it came out as .3gp.

So again anyone might know anything?

And what is the video size limit in facebook?

Use the H.264 codec. It's based on the .mp4 codec and is considered one of the best ones. For Facebook the limit is 1 GB and/or 20 minutes
