best video detail level with 35mm adapter

im shooting with an ifocus 35mm HQ adapter. Just wondering what would be the best video detail settings to use with any 35mm adapter. Im trying to get a very crisp clear picture but not to much detail where it begins to look video-ish. What settings should i use? any suggestions?

Agreed matt.
With my sgpro I'm either at 0 or -3

i used to keep it really high.... like +7 when using the DVX/Sgpro, but on the HVX/SGpro, its so sharp that, its liek the stock lens. So, in reality, i am keeping my HVX at about 0, and it looks perfect..
