I have a 3 cameras that have hdmi inputs, I use them for multicam, I wanted to get a hdmi monitor that attaches via the hot shoe mount on my cameras, they are small cameras under a pound, any ideas, there is also the possibility of an rca connection monitor but I think I need a converter for that.
Thanks

the smallhd dp4 monitor is $550, 4.3 inches. I have this monitor and it is great for focusing/framing shots. plus you could buy the viewfinder attachment in the future.

Go professional and get the DP4. Most other monitors under $500 will be severely lacking in features that you will really need.

Also, SmallHD will continue to update the firmware for the DP4, so it will be ever-improving. And, like the above said, you can buy the loupe attachment later and have an EVF solution, too.

Sony has a 5" monitor that includes M series battery, charger and monitor sun shade for I believe $450ish. I'm thinking about buying it for my NEX-VG10.
