Best tripod and head for under $1000 ?

Ok, I'm going to be buying another tripod soon and I want to best I can get. It needs to be able support bigger cameras and it needs to have good pan and tilt. Also I need to able to shoot high, so it cann't be 52'' to 58'' max height, it needs to be much taller.

I personally like the Cartoni Focus setup. With single stage aluminum legs, a mid spreader, and carrying case, the package is $1294.99 from Express Video Supply. I think it performs close to a $2500 tripod. I've used the Sachtler DV4 system extensively as well and it's not even in the same league. Downside about the Focus? No-body has them in stock.
